A short while before our flight was scheduled to depart, we were informed that they were towing a plane from another gate to our gate so there would be a brief delay.&nbsp; Soon, the plane arrived and we were all on board and ready to take off, when we were told there was a mechanical problem that would require the plane to be lifted up so we would all need to deplane, which we did.&nbsp; Then about an hour later, we were told that our flight would not make it to OC in time for the curfew so it would have to be diverted to LAX.&nbsp; Argggh!&nbsp; Everyone thought the next thing would be that they would cancel our flight altogether!&nbsp; But around midnight, we were loaded back on the plane and finally took off.&nbsp; Thanks to little Nina, before we took off from Chicago, rather than have the busses take us to OC from LAX, she made car reservations for a bunch of us so we could be taken directly to our homes much quicker than the busses.&nbsp; That was a Godsend and I am grateful to Nina for making those arrangements ahead of time!&nbsp; I finally arrived home at 2:30 am!!</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>For me, the show was very busy and very successful.&nbsp; I made some great buys and sold a lot of coins.&nbsp; I also was very pleased and grateful to receive more wonderful awards for my exhibit.&nbsp; And I had a great time the whole week meeting old friends and making new ones.&nbsp; Attending the pre-show made it a very long week, so next time I think I’ll just go a day earlier and attend the pre-show, rather than set up for it. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>But I have to give a lot of kudos to the ANA.&nbsp; Once they saw what a disaster the Kennedy crazies had created (both the dealers and regular buyers), and that the extra security measures they put into place weren’t working, they made the tough but appropriate decision to shut down the sales.&nbsp;
