Thanks again everyone, we feel all your thoughts and prayers in our hearts! I've already been asked by several people whether I would "let" Lou race again. Well first of all, anyone who knows Lou would know that no one "let's" him do what he does - he does what he wants - and I'm ok with that. As I said, I know Lou has racing in his soul. He's been racing all his life. When I met him, he was racing motorcycles and now off road buggies. I enjoy going off roading with him and have never begrudged him his racing, even when he began racing motorcycles soon after he broke his neck from an off road accident (also in Mexico) and had C-4-5-6 fused with a plate 20 years ago. My feeling is that if Lou really wants to put another car together and get back out there after he's all healed, I'm really ok with that. I want him to enjoy life, wherever that takes him. Neither one of us would prevent the other from doing the things that make us happy, and we both have said, we'd rather go out doing what we love, whatever that is. I just told him, in his case, make sure his life insurance is paid up! By the way, we just found a report of the race and rescue made by Car 68 (the ones who rescued Lou and Rich), here's a link: http://www.race-dezert.com/for...us-race-report.125531/
