The last coin I had sent to PCGS took four weeks. Only reason I remember that is because it was a new highly desirable coin to me and it felt like forever. But that was early this year before Covid. I cannot say what sort of delays Covid may have added to the mix. It took me three weeks to get a coin shipped from two states away a month ago. Weird times we live in.

Depends what service level you use. Regular is usually about a month sometimes 6 weeks if they're really busy, economy can end up being a couple months in busy times. Sometimes it's faster and sometimes much faster. I've had ones done in as little as three days (regular level) and as long as three months (that was economy).

I believe it's fairly quick right now with the lack of coin shows submissions are very likely lighter than usual

Depends on the service tier selected. For Economy, it can be as long as 90 days I think, though that is a worst-case scenario and is very seldom the case, in my experience. Do figure on a month plus, on cheaper tier submissions. The more expensive tiers offer shorter turnarounds. That is all posted on the PCGS (or NGC, ANACS) websites.
