Ps: lets not go off-topic here either. Where were we at? Yes, Cent production, issue, law, Congress members, etc.
"One Cent", is a foreign word to the Congress members as well there?

Tom, if mentioning "one cent" and producers/issuers to this topic which is about "cent production" made it complicated, ok, I'm out of here. (by saying it again last time. "Governmental Authorities in the World do NOT have One Cent in their pockets... Can not be expressed simpler than this. Late here in the night, good evening there.)
