The notes are all CH-CU with GEM centering, and would probably grade at 64 thru 66 range with a PPQ/EPQ notation. The CEC notes I saw on eBay are all being sold by debockstate. Most of the notes are fairly current, CH-CU notes. The CEC holders are smaller than traditional TPG holders, and feel like the plastic of a beachball.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
