CC GSA coins in PCGS holders, questions

    After seeing how 1971-74-S Proof Ikes get covered in PVC from exposure to everyday life, I guess they wouldn't cover them either. I find it interesting that the GSA CC dollars are very stable in their tombs, but not the Ikes, even though they were all done at roughly the same time.
