In any case, you can zoom in and see that the posts are wooden, and seem to be held in place by a stake or two into the ground. I &#039;d wager they are not plumb enough nor sturdy enough to be survey related. Also looks like they are doing some grading/landscaping/construction around the mint (paving streets?).
