Carson City mint building

I was thinking trees, bollards and property border. Unfortunately all the trees are gone now, the bollards in place are recent and in different locations. It does line up with the road - and it's on the corner, so the posts going round do appear to be markers for the property border - I assume filled in with trees later.

Excellent photo detective work! Definitely tree stands! And so cool to see them just planted and again when they are grown! Note that if you look carefully in the "zoomable" picture you can see the tops of the small trees in the boxes.
