I have a 1955 british carribean territories coin. It's a 2 cent coin. It has a 2 leaf sort of thing around the number 2 on the front and it says british carribean territories eastern group. On the back is queen elizabeth the second. What it worth?
Read that posting as many times as it takes to convince you to follow its advice. BTW the reason people refer to coins as "heads" and "tails" is because with very rare exceptions portraits are on the obverse (front) and other designs are on the reverse (back). The Queen is always on the "front" of British Commonwealth coins.
Labatt, all the coins of the British Caribbean Territories (Eastern Group) that are dated 1955 are very common, except for the 1/2c. & the 50c. Aidan.
