Capped Bust Half Dime error

    I found this 1830 half dime and it's worn a little but noticed something odd at the 10:30 position. It looks like it's worn in one spot but when inspecting closer, it looks like there is a dent right in that area, like something small got between the die and coin during minting. Let me know your thoughts.
