Can't find any reference for this

Zeros look odd to me. Any ideas?

I don't know anything about coins but the right zero looks a little weird to me.

2007 Cents are Copper Plated Zinc.. They have weird effects such as DDD- Die Deterioration Doubling and Plating Bubbles/Blisters

 

I know about the bubbles, but is die dterioration worth anything?

 

No, not really. When a Die is worn it just has a strange effect on the Cents. It's very common. Just looks weird that's all. Many new collectors think it has something to do with a Doubled Die.
