I don't see any hole anywhere

 

Looks like I can see indented damage on the first "S" in the path of the line. I am guessing PMD.

 

I see at least 4 on the cheek and under the ear.

 

Looks like zinc rot.

Why bother to pop? It looks like the blister has already popped as it’s a small hole. Just spend it.
