Canadian 1999 magnetic penny?

    Coated in iron I should think.

    Just so you know, it's not an error. It was probably coated by someone with some extra time on their hands.

    That’s alright I just thought I put it up and seen why information I got ... also I posted another coin that looks like a clip or cut idk got it from the bank in a roll

    The cent is copper plated steel. That is the way the Royal Canadian Mint minted it. Here is a reference for 1999-2003 Canadian cents. Yes it is magnetic. Some 1999 Canadian cents were also minted using different material (zinc) and are not magnetic.
