Canadian 1859 Large Cent - Possibly 65a + J23a, PC59-65a2. If so...is that good?

    Harming a coin hurts the value..and my feelings.

    Primum non nocere

    I used Verdi-Care, toothpicks that are to soft to pick teeth with, a binocular microscope, patience, and time.

    Most of the verdigris and debris can be removed without touching the surface of the coin directly. (The before image looks darker due to lighting.)
