Canada 1938 dollar and half dollar

    Nice examples of these key dates. Not as tough as their 1948 cousins but still pretty hard to find. Paid a little less than $50 for the pair a few years ago.

    I have 10 of the 66 PL dollars from an auction and many more large penny's. Probably not as valuable. Still looking for different evaluations on the large cents.

    John T ... If you are looking for help with your Canadian stuff, there are 3-4 forums on CCF. Here is the one on grading:

    And here is a good guide for ID and pricing(in Cdn $$) and to get an idea of any of the varieties are applicable. The pricing (especially on new varieties) can be out of whack, but gives a general retail guide to use as one input into pricing. Retail guides are notorious for inflated values.
