    Pictures are not good.
    Only the 1960 philly small date carries a premium.

    There's a great article in the February issue of COINage magazine on the reason for WHY there exists a 1960 small date Lincoln Cent in the first place.

    It seems that the minting of foreign coins at the Philadelphia Mint had something to do with it.
