If copper gets buried, SE Asia does a number on it. Unless it was buried in a pot, its pretty much a goner if its copper. Silver and of course gold fares much better thankfully. Having said that, I do have a couple of pieces from Cambodia that circulated in Ayyuthia that are copper but in better shape.
