I bought this type 1 for $65 Raw and I am thinking about submitting it. I believe it is a problem free coin and has a chance at 66. At 65 it would be about break even with the fees and all, but would be worth it at 66. Anybody else think 66 is realistic. The coin has a beautiful full strike and luster is decent.

I'd think it stands a good shot. If nothing more, you'll have a very nice 65. I bet even slabbed 65, you'd get a premium for it since the detail is so fine on yours.

It's hard to say Mike. It has the details and strike, so I think it depends on the luster and overall eye appeal. Great looking Buff for sure.

If you're at least 70/30 (65/66), I would do it.

Reverse is definitely strong enough, the obverse is where it gets sticky.

I think it has a chance , it looks to have more luster than my '13 Type 1 . NGC-66 .

If that's the case, OP shouldn't submit it, obviously. However, I think the strike looks very good for the coin type, which would imply it being a solid 65.

I'd have to say no, I think the marks on the cheek are going to hold it back.
