Can someone tell me if this is considered a close AM?

    Hello everyone, going through some pennies and I noticed this shinny 1992 penny and looked at the back of the coin. Not sure if this is considered a close AM, the AM is a little bit closer than the other 1992 pennies I have just need your expert opinions.

    I don't think it is a close AM. I base this on the location of the initials FG - close to the building. Wait for more opinions please.
