    Seems like there is a 4 after the date as well. And outline of his face doubled

    Well I'm not seeing a P above the 65 I know when I CRH sometimes I would see things but that doesn't make it a mint error. Jmo

    Its PMD (post mint damage) I no what your referring to, but hey just wait someone else will come along and you can get there input.

    It's not. It's a damaged severely worn quarter that has been circulating for 55 years.

    Just keep looking you'll come across a true mint error and read as much as possible about the minting process.

    Welcome to CT @Steve333. What you have is a well circulated and worn quarter worth 25¢. The other things you think you see are due to pareidolia, the human brain wants to make sense of what it is seeing, so fills in blanks that aren't there, thus you see things to help yourself make sense of it.
