    The pictures are just fine according to the best Avast has to offer for anti-virus. Could simply be a false positive.

    On EBay you can buy a bronze later date version of this medal for less than $100. The original French Comitas Americana versions are a thousand or more.

    I just bought the John Paul Jones medal for $4.29 total. :)

    This medal was originally one of the Comitas Americana medals made by the French for the new American republic. Individuals were honored such as Washington, Gates, and Nathaniel Green. This is why these were all restruck as a set in 1976 as the Nations First Medals. You can find these medals in silver and bronze. The silver are few and far between and are very pricey. The original bronze medals are also pricey. These have all been restruck many times by the French and the US. You can also find the Washington before Boston medal as a so called dollar in honor of the day that the British left Boston.
