Even with all of these &#039;dings&#039;, these coins are still getting MS+ grades.</p><p><br /></p><p>How on earth can a coin with that kind of damage get a rating of MS? Is it as simple as &quot;That&#039;s how they came out of the mint... already dinged up.&quot;??</p><p><br /></p><p>An example I found on Google... This Morgan.. NGC graded it as a MS64.
