Ok. Maybe a stupid question - but that has NEVER stopped me. It is well known that RD lincolns can or will eventually become RB or even BN lincolns with time and exposure to the elements. Can the same thing happen to CAM/DCAM/UCAM proofs? Can they slowly lose their mirrored fields and frosted finish? I'm not referring to extreme exposure to the elements, but just sitting in 2x2's or albums or slabs.
IMO, no. A CAM or DCAM, etc. will remain such as long as they are not mishandled. They can tone which may lessen the visual impact of being cameo, but that's all. The better you store them, the less/slower toning will occur. Think Air-Tites or something like that.
