Can anyone tell me what's up with this coin?

I know you are new here but it is not cool to go on someone else's thread and post a picture and ask a question that has nothing to do with the original coin in question. I see you created your own thread afterwards.. that is the correct way of doing it.

The OP mentioned the cent had a yellow color, that could mean that it is one of the "brass plated" cents. Some people get all worked up over those, I'm not one of them because ALL copper plated zinc cents are "brass plated" to some degree and I can't see paying a large premium just because this one is more yellow than that one.
