    But sold out the back door to promoters who soaked collectors who wanted to buy it. Collectors who tried to reserve one for $1 from the commission that was supposed to issue it, didn't get one. It was one of several shameful promotions that went on when the "classic commemoratives" were issued.

    It's probably PVC which makes you wonder why CAC endorsed it.

    There are collectors who go ga-ga over the "doily label." Frankly I don't give a rat's tail about it. If you want to charge me more for the coin because of it, I'll pass.
