1872 Colombia Gold Peso Medellin Mint counter struck over something else. Looks struck twice on the front also. Cool piece but the seller on the bay has it up for a $$ cool price tag.

A counter strike is when you play too much computer games... That said, it looks somewhat unlikely to be an overstrike. I'm not familiar with this coinage and could be wrong. Numismat might be right!
