    Hey all, I can't remember where I got this, but I don't have a positive ID on it yet. I'm thinking maybe Poland 1500-1600s? It is extremely light (in weight), fairly thin, and silver. The light Coin1.jpg Coin2.jpg ing I used to photograph it skews the true color. Thanks in advance for the help!

    silver. ruler- Sigismund III
    grade/value
    G-$2.00 VG-$5.00 F-$10.00 VF-$25.00
    now it looks like KM#11 from dates 1628-32

    it is from Poland. the year of your coin is 1623. the denomination is called Groschen and or (1/24 Thaler. and or 7 1/2 Goszy and or 1 Srebrnik.) it is made out of silver. the ruler at that time was Sigismend III, the KM#11 is the Krause number reference in my Krause world coin catalog.
    the grade of the coin/ what the value for that grade might be.
    G= good, VG= very good, F=fine, VF= very good
    I am guessing your coin grade is...Good - Very good. not sure which. the Poland coin collector here can tell you more about your coins grade. :blackalien:
