    looks like an Islamic silver Dirham of the Abbasid dynasty?

    It's a Umayyad Dirham, dunno the ruler.

    Is it a collectible ? Worth anything in this condition ?

    depends on your perspective. Find a nice worn copy of the Thousand and One Arabian Nights by Richard Burton, read some of the stories and set it on a coffee table with a nice place for the ancient dirham next to it. These I believe as well as dinars are mentioned often in those great stories. Used in the ancient bazaars they carry the flavor of a different civilization. You may not find a person to pay you much for it but it carries a big part of human history. The culture responsible for those coins gave us one of the great world religions as well as many advances in math, architecture and art........
