To the contrary, the one and only reason they are assigning the over-grades to the coins is because their bosses are telling them to do it that way, telling them to overgrade the coins, or find another job !</p><p><br /></p><p>If they were free to do so, they could grade them correctly and accurately in the same 5 or 6 seconds that I can !</p><p><br /></p><p>Ya see, what you&#039;re either forgetting or are simply not aware of is this.
