Medal prices have risen a lot in the last few years, as have good 19th C and earlier coins. I have no interest in modern coins (anything after 1950) so I can't speak for them. Foreign coins are almost as much collected as British,we tend to be cosmopolitan collectors with many overseas interests and links, historically and currently. One area that does not get much attention is US coins. This is probably because the US market slurps up all that appear over here.
