Can anyone give me a better idea of what I have here?

1965 Quarter has some of the same features as fs101 is this a different die stage or something completly different ???

Your coin doesn't come close to the FS-101. Yours appears to have machine doubling.

Go to Wexler's "doubleddie.com, it's pretty thourough. '65 DDR's usually have strong MD'ing on obverse, mine is clashed also
