    Either Mechanical Doubling or Deterioration Doubling.. Most likely the latter.

    What year is it, so you can check it against a ddr list? There appears to be doubling and a greasy strike to boot, but may be very wide machine doubling on ONE CENT. I'm guessing, of course, but someone more experienced will be along shortly to shoot down any high hopes;)
