Can anybody tell me about this variety? 1938 Jefferson Nickel FS-05 CONECA 5-0-11 Like, give me a link to a website where it has info. I have searched a long time for the variety and still haven't found it
http://varietyvista.com/Variety Master Listings/jefferson doubled dies 1938-1941.htm I'm not too sure, but I think it's the DDO-005
Just curious, why do you ask for info? Do you suspect the one you have is the same or similar? If so, post O&V in full mode.
Nah, I don't have one. There is one in a market and one just curious if it is worth it or not. Some info will be appreciated.
I don't understand. If you have searched this variety for a long time surely you would know more about it than many here.
That's the 1938 Jefferson Nickel Quadruple Die Obverse. It's usually considered rare but I don't buy into that as the price is too low, even for a strong strike on a nice looking coin.
