Yes, but if you seal it in anything when there is a speck of remaining disease and even a little moisture, it will start again. Perhaps the best place for a treated coin is a larger humidity controlled cabinet. Some people believe such coins should be waxed or sprayed with plastic coatings but these only work if the cleaning and drying were both 100% successful.
