So it is a Camel cigarette coin. I found the fact that Camel cigarette firm was established in 1913. So what is the coin that i found?
1899 may be related to the brand Pall Mall, which is issued in 1899. However the token look very different - the one in MA-shops seem to be a latter issue.

That said, your token is intriguing due to its early date of 1899. I would write R. J. Reynolds (corporate name now slightly different) enclosing (or linking to) a good image and ask them about its possible history (before you sell it). The firm should have a corporate Historian.
