That was hilarious, he was like a coin gangster making an offer that couldn't be refused...except it was refused and the dunce had to leave the shop.
Obviously the show is staged but is the haggling for real? In other words, if they make a deal, does the pawn shop buy the item?

 

Yes, the haggling is made before filming, then deal or not, it's filmed I believe.
