Welcome to Coin Talk. Why not ask people that know you. Realistically speaking, it's not the smartest thing to do; be a reference for someone you don't even know. Find a local coin club or shop in your area and see if they can help you out. Good luck.
I just wrote in 3 dealers that I bought coins off of. They all sort of knew me but I never asked them for a reference.
