I watch Forensic Files, so I know a lot about evidence and lawyering.

The only reason I did it to Charlie was because he likes to troll me because he has been holding a grudge ever since I corrected his math when he was belittling a teen telling them they were the reason the country is doomed for getting a B on a math test. I found that reprehensible and spoke up and he can't let it go.

Yes I had noticed that you and switched course to a more general discussion which I followed along on though some other posters seemed to have missed that. In this instance a general discussion is much more interesting since that specific case I don't really believe much will come of it.

I agree, if you are going against a giant really the only chance is to plan out every move ahead of time. Public perception may not win cases, but the proper PR campaigns can prevent cases from ever happening if the facts are on your side. If an entity has to scramble into damage control mode they generally want any litigation to go away as fast as possible.

    Never have never will.

We were talking broadly not about this specific case by that point.

Everything varies state to state and the area of the law we were discussing civil litigation in general, it would be impossible to go down the list and cover every exception for every state ect.

They are similar but similar in the law isn't the same as being the same. The minor changes can be the difference between something getting used or not.

Not so much at top firms or the best in their fields. Some will dabble in issues that are similar or if you are in a rural area, but very few in populated areas will be a come to me for any reason type lawyer and the ones that do generally aren't very good.

You don't have the smarts to be a lawyer. So stop embarrassing yourself.

I like correcting know it all's (that really know nothing). That would be you.

Stay in school, that AA might come in handy.

Could you repeat that, so it is understandable.

Serious question. Is English your second language?

You pretend to know the law, which State are you admitted to practice in? Refrain from making stupid posts about the law, and you'll not be corrected anymore.

Dave quite a projection from a moderator of youth. Talk about a power trip. But you moderated for years, because you had no power anywhere else, just with kids. You're a sad little man.

Stick to being a stage hand, that is all you are qualified for. Your lack of education shows. GED right? LOL

Hey Charlie, I would love it if you would post a coin. After all, you are a collector, right?

Well, since the troll obviously isn't going to post one of his MS67 Morgans, I'm going for the ignore button, too.
