CAC is attempting to separate those A/B coins from the C coins in any given grade. I've also seen coins with the CAC sticker that I wouldn't purchase, so getting an education and a firm understanding of coin grading will serve you well. The cool thing about this hobby is that you never stop learning.
You're certainly right , I've seen some butt ugly coins with the Green bean on them , yesterday while looking on ebay to see if there were any cheap Peace dollars there was a '22 in MS-66 that looked like it was covered in cement . I'm sure the surfaces were nice but I really couldn't see them from the toning .
