So, they need somebody else to tell them. Again, a lack of skill, and or knowledge, on the part of the collector.</p><p><br /></p><p>TPGs exist because collectors can&#039;t grade and authenticate.</p><p>CAC exist because collectors can&#039;t grade the graders.</p><p>Price guides exist, all price guides, because collectors can&#039;t establish value.</p><p><br /></p><p>In all 3 cases it is due to a lack of skill and knowledge on the part of the collectors. They&#039;d rather pay somebody else to do it for them, than they would learn how to do it themselves.
