Most of all, a non expert in the field (like most all of us) can fall as prey, by those who are supposed to know and be a reliable unbiased grading source/service.</p><p><br /></p><p>Until a regulatory standard is set, this will be quite impossible. To me, every note has it general characteristics and also it&#039;s personal ones for that individual note.
