burst bubbles in 2005 Oregon quarter

    There are burst bubbles in all the O's and in the P on the obverse side and there is a raised mark on the R in quarter that is also raised just before the 5 in 2005 exactly opposite of each other. Also burst bubbles in both of the O's on the reverse side as well. Also a raised spot near the top of the tree On the reverse.
