How can you blame someone for playing Robin Hood up in Napa Valley?

Well someone stole nancy's penny collection. What about the 20 million Nancy stole last year, from insider trading??? I suppose this smuck will get 20 years, while Nancy goes to her next cocktail party. :(

Or, if anything is proven, she'll just become part of the Martha Stewart club.

Not likely unless the law has changed and that's not likely since congress would have to change it, currently congress is allowed to act on inside information. Just one more way the market is rigged.

Even the very rich who don't carry money on them and have a staff of flunkies that handle all their bills with checks or credit cards? Where would they be getting this change from?

Congress may be able to act on insider info ( I don't know) but I am pretty sure individual members cannot act on insider info on their, or those close to them, benefit or behalf.

    Crooks are bipartisan:

San Diego County authorities say $100,000 worth of jewelry has been stolen in a burglary at the home of Republican Congressman Darrell Issa.

More than 50 items, including watches, rings, earrings and bracelets, were taken from the Vista home on Nov. 29. No arrests have been made.

An Issa spokesman says the pieces were irreplaceable family heirlooms.
