It's funny, but not surprising, that the ones you hear advertised on the radio and tv all the time are the worst rated. I've always dealt with APMEX myself.
Yes! I was going to mention that myself. The site just went up so it looks like some pages are not working properly. But it's either that because of the advertising they are over capacity to provide support, or they spent all their money on marketing and could care less about their customers.
It's interesting that there is no rating for the quality of the merchandise. The reason I use mintproducts.com [not on the list] is that they deliver virtually perfect coins every time. I know this isn't supposed to matter with bullion, but it matters to me.
I'll see what it takes to add that company to the list of reviews, it could be that they aren't aware of that website...
Quality should matter, especially when collecting gold and silver eagles. They tend to command a better premium than all other forms of bullion, and a great deal of investors and collectors alike are willing to pay more for a better looking example.
