I recently bought a piece of Thai bullet money (or Pod Duang, to use its Thai term). It is a fuang, or 1/8 baht, and weighs 1.77 g according to my scale. I normally see two markings on bullet money (one mark for the dynasty, and one for the ruler). This one only has one marking on it. I was unable to find any clear images of a 1/8 baht online, so it’s possible since it was so small they only used one mark on it. The ruler mark listed on the label says Dok Mai, but after comparing the image in Krause, I don’t see it. It could be a variety of it though. Anyway, did the 1/8 baht only use one mark, and what is the ruler’s mark if it’s not Dok Mai? 48A31E25-DE00-4E83-96A6-E1B1C86E18BF.jpeg

I’ve decided to concede and just say it’s Dok Mai. In that case, it’s under Rama III, who reigned from 1824 to 1851. One of the 1804 silver dollars was made as a gift for him.
