I watched the coins but I did not find any similar where on the left side is bull on the right side of coin was deer. coin is worn out and at least it seems to me that on the coin was bull and deer. Below them you can recognize three letters ANV.
Coin is wretched but coin is worn out but I was wondering if there is any similar theme with animals or is it some other animal
    front side is unrecognizable

It's Moesia with bull and lion. A coin of Viminacium.

Annum V = year five (244) refers to the city not to the ruler so you can tell that the obverse was Philip. The series runs from Gordian III through the family of Trebonianus Gallus (AN XIII). While the city existed before 240, it was awarded full colony status and dates start there.

These must have been common. An AN V was in a bunch of coins that was my first ever purchase of ancients.

Incidentally, the wildwinds page for the city has a link to one of Dane's spreadsheets that show the issues going all the way up to Gallienus (AN XVI).
