He informed me that the package could be delivered to any unattended "drop box", available in kiosks, stores, service stations, etc., and would not be accepted at the station window which had long lines of "customers" waiting for retail necessary services.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Everything I now ship via USPS generally is in a small flat rate box, and has signature confirmation required.
