Many buffalo nickels can be found without a date because they were worn down in circulation, not due to an error.
I suppose my question is: what about the coin makes you think it's an error? I would say the color is due to environmental factors...
Hate to say it but i see 4 legs on both. But if you want to own a few more i have some for ya and some with the date too.
Put nic a date on the obverse on the area where the date should be and maybe you will get a nice surprise.
