Buffalo nickel struck through error?

Looking for opinions on this buffalo nickel anomaly. It appears struck through cloth or material of some kind on the reverse. The stretching of the letters leads me to believe it is not PMD.
    Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but you have a very worn buffalo that was pressed in something like a vice. That's what caused the waffle pattern on the reverse, not a strike through. It's PMD and not an error

It's not a strike through anything. It's worn.
