    Hello,

I just wanted some second opinions on this "MS66" NCC graded 1920 buffalo nickel for the grade if I sent it to PCGS or NGC. Thanks for any help!

But what grade should I expect though? I know perfectly well that this coin is nowhere close to a MS66 in PCGS or NGC standards, thus the reason for the quotes around MS66.

your photos are blurry, but I don't like the reverse. I see all sorts of hits on the back .See if you can take a much crisp and less blurry pic

This is a tough series for me to grade but knowing Bob Johnson you may be lucky to get MS anything.

To be honest the carbon spots are going to kill any grade on that coin.
I have a killer 1936 an S/S variety and the carbon spots just killed it!
Judging from what can be seen, no where near a 66 quality coin sorry.

Judging by the spots on the obverse and nicks on the reverse, I would say MS-63.
